AI is already an inescapable part of our world, our economy and our K12 system. aiEDU helps school districts and educational service agencies meet the moment, by building AI Literacy and AI Readiness for students and teachers. Our work is anchored in partnerships with dozens of leading companies, universities, and nonprofit organizations with a goal of supporting school districts and educational service agencies who are making a commitment to advance AI education.
How we engage and deliver impact
aiEDU meets schools, educators, and students where they are, engaging in a variety of ways. This includes in-person events, virtual workshops, grab-and-go curriculum and exercises and more.
We create learning experiences that empower students from all backgrounds to learn and thrive in the age of AI. Our work is anchored in the core belief that everyone should have access that helps them cultivate AI Literacy and build AI Readiness.

aiEDU works with districts over multiple years including Miami-Dade (320K students), Prince George's County Public Schools (145K students), and Anaheim Union High School District (30K students) to support embedding AI Literacy in classrooms for all students. We approach districts with a spirit of partnership to build capacity, awareness and excitement through a tailored program including:
Building Strategy and Awareness
District strategic plan consulting and workshops to develop district approach and policy
Awareness building campaigns (newsletters, parent sessions, etc)
Student competitions and showcases to share student learning
Integrated Professional Learning
Teacher professional learning series and credentials to build teacher proficiency
Principal professional learning to support capacity building and school implementation
Deep school-based leadership coaching for embedding AI Literacy across content areas
Teacher fellowship cohorts to develop teacher champions and district specific examples to share

Advising around integration of AI Literacy into district curriculum

aiEDU currently offers free learning products:
AI Snapshots: 5 minute warmup activities aligned to core subjects
Intro to AI: 10 week course where students build an AI model on Hugging Face
Project Dashboard: A growing suite of 8+ projects ranging from 30 minutes to 5 hours
Flex Plans: Shorter and student-directed plans that can be used flexibly in classrooms

Since our launch, aiEDU has led training programs, seminars, and workshops for more than 10,000 educators and administrators both in-person, on-site, and virtually. We offer professional learning and facilitate communities of practice designed to increase awareness, knowledge and skills around implementing AI Literacy instruction. Our Communities of Practice provide Superintendents, teachers and administrators with opportunities to continue their learning journeys with cohorts of forward-thinking educators and can be arranged monthly or quarterly.

We approach distribution and implementation following proven campaign and public engagement strategies. aiEDU has built a massive national network of local, regional, state-wide, and national nonprofit organizations, school districts, educational service agencies, and other service providers who deeply understand their communities. We partner with other non-profits across the country to spread the work of AI Literacy.
We employ a wide range of grassroots and grasstops engagement strategies including:
AI Literacy Summits
Co-hosted Summits to bring together educators and community leaders to discuss and learn about AI Literacy
National Teacher Trailblazer Fellowship
A national cohort of teachers dedicated to furthering the field of AI Literacy through innovation and classroom leadership
State LEA Consulting
We work with State agencies to craft standards and policies around AI Literacy
Community Partnerships
We work with organizations like TIES and Indigitize to reach rural and indigenous communities across the country

Non Profit organizations that reach students can integrate AI activities into their summer camps, after school programs, and other programs.
Libraries and Museums can commit to hosting a bi-monthly AI activity and movie night, or create an interactive AI exhibit.
Cities and Counties can commit funding to support AI Education Scholarships and other programs that advance AI education.
Any organization can suggest their own idea for a commitment that ultimately advances equitable AI education. We can support and supplement those efforts.
