Lindsay Berger
SENIOR PROGRAMS LEAD, WEST COAST
Lindsay began her career as a 10th and 11th grade history teacher in New York City and has over 15 years of experience in the education field. Over the last decade, her work has primarily focused on teacher development and professional learning. Most recently, she supported school leaders across the country in developing feedback and instructional effectiveness skills as an independent education consultant. Prior to that, Lindsay led the professional growth and educator support team at Seattle Public Schools, where she was responsible for professional development systems, performance assessment, new teacher support, and career ladder advancement for the district.
Lindsay is a Danielson Framework Specialist, a Washington State Framework Specialist, and a board member of the True Measure Collaborative, an organization focused on building capacity of Washington State teachers to serve multilingual students and students with special needs. She lives with her husband and two children in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. In her free time, Lindsay loves enjoying a good latte and exploring new children's museums (even better if she gets to do both at the same time)!
