As a member of aiEDU, she leverages a diverse skill set honed through years of collaboration with esteemed nonprofit organizations, including iMentor, IREX, and Pursuit, where she focused on fostering opportunity access and professional development. With a background as a youth development and educator across various cities such as Istanbul, Athens, New York, and Baltimore, Na’taja brings over a decade of experience dedicated to nurturing growth and innovation in educational spaces. Committed to crafting inclusive and transformative programs, she strives to empower learners to see their potential and turn it into power all to fulfill their aspirations.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Na’taja finds joy in painting, making memories with her goldendoodle, Allen, a sunny run, and getting lost in new cities.
