Why am I writing about the chat of a webinar? Our friends at Dell Technologies convened a great group of educators, industry leaders, and district leaders for a summit on education innovation. aiEDU’s Christian Pinedo spoke directly to this audience on the impact of AI in education.

Today, aiEDU announced it is collaborating with Booz Allen Hamilton on a marquee program to scale our “Introduction to AI” curriculum, with a focus on engaging with the greater Washington, D.C. region. The collaboration is the largest in aiEDU’s history as a nonprofit, and our first significant regional program on the East Coast.

Last month, The AIEDU was invited to sit on an advisory group that is working on the state of Ohio’s strategy to revise its Computer Science Learning Standards. The J.M. Smucker Co. today announced a multi-year gift to The AI Education Project to help us expand our ‘Intro to AI’ program across Ohio and support schools with high quality remote learning during COVID-19.
